For this project I want to put my listeners to the state mind right before sleep, Hypnagogia. In this state of mind you become calm, you start to have lucid thoughts.
definition- Hypnagogia is the experience of the transitional state from wakefulness to sleep: the hypnagogic state of consciousness, during the onset of sleep. Mental phenomena that occur during this "threshold consciousness" phase include lucid thought, lucid dreaming, hallucinations, and sleep paralysis.
I want really one to become relaxed. So bring a pillow or blanket or jacket. Sit any where you want that doesn't make uncomfortable. Close your eyes.
Water -( rain )
Music -( Jazz or any calming music that doesn't have words in it )
Nature -( Birds, Wind ( leaves ), Crickets, Owls )
